Drag radials
I have our old rims and wanted to get a set of drag radials. Been reading up on them all day long. Seems the consensus is MT ET's are the way to go. I read lots of good stuff about M&H too.
What would you get ?

What are these extra pair of wheels/tires to be used for?
Strictly drag strip only? Buy a set of true slicks. Mostly Street/Occasional strip? The M/T ET Street radials are the best, IMO.

Yup, the extra set will be for strip only. With 3.73 gears, what do you think of 275/60/15 ?

After poking around the web, the consensus seemed to be to get the Mickeys.
Can't wait to take em down the track !

So I picked the tires up last night and delivered them to my brothers. I just talked to him and there is only 1/2" clearance between the tire and the exhaust pipe. Damn, can nothing go smoothly. You can measure and measure and measure it one more time and it always seems that something will not go smoothly.
Just had to vent.

My motto is "It's always something!" Relax, it will work out. You're going to be driving around in an awesome Chevelle, don't sweat the little stuff.
