Default 67 Wiper switch installation. How????

I need to install a new wiper switch.
What is the simplest method?
Is it possible to reach under the dash to replace the switch? Or does the column have be be dropped and the dash removed?

Thank you all in advance.

You're going to have to drop the dash...at least partially. Not as bad as you would think.
And make sure you re-install the star washer on that switch. Clean the area on the backside of the dash where that switch goes too.
That wiper circuit needs a good ground to work properly.
It may be the reason the wipers are not working now which is the reason I'm assuming you're replacing the switch.

The wipers will work in the momentarily, (when the button is pressed).
When rotated, the switch seems week with almost no resistance.
That's why I'm going to replace the switch.
Other than the column...can you maybe describe where the other screws are located that have to be removed?

And again, thank you.
