Default The Henry Ford Museum

We(Chuck and Larae Hanson and my wife Joan and I) were able to go today to the museum and had such wonderful hosts (The Grumpy's ,Nancy and Dave). They are quite the tour guides as they highlighted as much as they could for us in our limited time there .We did not make the village part of it but we will another time as we needed to get to Frankenmouth .Anyone ever get the chance you really should visit this great place with 2 to 3 days to see it all. I was completely amazed at everything in the museum as well as the building itself .Thanks again Nancy and Dave for your generosity and we hope to do it again someday .These 2 weeks are going by way too fast ,several more states to go.

Glad you enjoyed it John. Been awhile since we've been there, should schedule another visit. The official name is "The Henry Ford". No 'museum' in the name, just a useless bit of info that some of us from the area know. Not correcting you, most people add museum to the end, even people from here.

Too bad your trip to Frankenmuth is now, Autofest in Frankemuth is always first weekend after labor day. Good show, around 3,000 cars. Sometimes less, sometimes more depending on the weather. We go rain or shine and always have a good time.
