Default Rear Door Panel Options '72 Convertible

I don't have any of the door panels for my car. I was going to order them through Eckler's (PUI is the supplier) but they show 2 different ones; standard and pre-assembled standard. The pictures and descriptions are exactly the same but there is a $140 price difference between the 2. Does anyone know the difference or can you recommend a different place to order them from?

Buy the pre-assembled.
Comes complete and ready to install. You'll have to install the top rails (which you don't have) & inside weatherstripping on standard panels...can be difficult and risk damage if you've never attempted that before.
