Default Power steering hose retaining clip? Low pressure hose routing?

Is this something factory? And where exactly does it mount?

I am also trying to get a clear photo of how the low pressure hose is routed. The way my father had it, put it in a bind and in a spot where it could rub & rupture the line.

This is what I have found so far, still digging...

And does anyone know where I can get one of these spring clips?

Maybe I am just being extremely anal, but the more I look at it... I think I have the wrong high pressure hose on my car.

I don't know about the 2 clips but the hose routing in the first looks correct. Notice the hardline in the last pic coming out of the pump, that's not correct. Not for a 70 and a 72 is probably the same. The same pump was used on many models for many years. The only change was how the hardline coming out of the back of the pump was curved. On a 70 it goes down and toward the center of the car. So the hoses go toward the center of the car and curve up and over the gear box. The hardline on a 69 doesn't curve toward the center of the car although the rest of the pump is identical.

I'm thinking the same thing Hank, there's too much hard line coming out of the box on my car. Boy, Ray jinxed me when he said I would be putting it together and pulling apart several times.

The Parts Place has the metal hose ties. However, I think something similar could be made out of mechanic's wire. (I may attempt it) I also noticed that my steering box cover bolts were wrong, someone must have been into the steering box at one time. I have a few spare boxes laying around, and robbed the bolts to correct mine.
