Default Nap time not going so well...

Our day-care provider is sick today, so I stayed home from work with the boys. Cale is 3, and A.J. is 9-months. The best part of staying home with the boys is always "nap time"...

I caught A.J. eating coffee grounds by the handful out of the trash can. Now he's doing this:

I don't think "nap time" is going to happen today.

I like coffee but not sure I could handle coffee grounds. So he's a little wired now, uh?

Derek, I remember those days all to well. Coffee grounds ? I bet he is still wound up this evening. lol ... I now am a grandma and when my 4 1/2 year old grand daughter comes over (we agreed to watch her every other weekend while her mom works), we go absolutely bonkers. She has so much energy !! And bedtime she wants 3 or 4 books read to her.

I remember when our childcare was sick when the kids were little. Usually it was David staying home cause I was already at work, I went in at 4am. I used to try to get home early, and by the time I got home David was stressed to the max.

Those were the days. lol

He didn't settle down until 9pm... I was expecting him to be hyper for an hour, then crash, but he just kept going.
