When you have a dragstrip 3 miles from home, you better take advantage of it because the way drag strips are going, who knows how long it will stay.

A very good friend of mines step father works on a 2001 camaro NHRA comp eliminator car and they run it here to test a few times a year, very cool

It,s a '92 IROC-Z tube chassis runs in S/G.In '09 we had a 377 in it. In sept we ordered a 422 SB-2 motor.Motor is all together now ,waiting on a set of custom sst headers.By Feb we should make the 1st pull on the dyno.Our friends are Dion & Derek Degnitz.Two BB dragsters in that family. They ,ve raced there for many years. Once a month they come down for the Summit Series race at Union Grove.

I do believe I have seen that car run before Bob, and the name sounds very familiar, although I cant put a face to it just yet. As I said, I am there all the time, so very few cars run there more than one time without me seeing them at least once. I am certain I have seen the car before, and would likely at least recognize the faces of your friends if they are there often as well
