I used to be. Not so much anymore. :( I'm happy if I can get to the bathroom without falling on my face in the morning.

It depends on who you talk to. My ex-wife thought it was hilarious to watch me face plant.

I just got back from my lunch time bike ride and I really feel old afterwards but its a good kind of tired. I hope to get to where the boys dont feel sorry for me and dont feel the need to wait for me to catch them. And maybe someday I can outride them ,not likely but we will see.

I bet you have improved a lot since you first started with the boys.

I have improved quite a bit as Im not as winded as before but its still very hard on an old fart .But it is fun getting back out there on a bike .Im trying to ride three times a week ,monday and friday at lunch break and wednesday after work with however many of the boys that want to ride .I think its good for us all and they seem to enjoy being around the old man .

round 2 of all night basketball. i am feeling great today a little tired but i am good! i guess the little work outs are working out great!

Going bike riding after work today since we got rained out yesterday ,its going to be a chilly ride.

lol chilly for you is what 55 degrees? i had another round lasntight of bball and it went well didnt play very well had an off night but i am not sore or in pain today

You know what really makes you feel old? When your company hires kids fresh out of college (22/23) and you're old enough to be their dad, and then some. LOL
