Well, since you asked. During Superstorm Sandy we got about 3' of water in our house and garage. Unfortunately both cars were garaged at the time. Both cars were flood totaled. I bought them both back from the insurance co. and got them both running and driving. I sold the vert. last week but I think I'm going to keep the hardtop to restore. Actually I'm one of the lucky ones.

I am so sorry. They both looked like great cars. It is nice that you were able to purchase them back from the insurance company. A lot of insurance companies don't let you buy them back, they send them to auctions or to be destroyed. I am so glad that you were able to save them.
