In the late 60's and early 70's around the greater Seattle area, "Shorty's" were very popular. I remember in particular several shorty vans and a '55 chev shorty wagon that used to hang out down at Golden Gardens. The '55 Chev wagon and another '57 chev shorty wagon came from the Mountlake Terrace area. Bills Wheels and Chevrolane on Aurora Ave had several on their lots for sale. I know, I'm really dating myself now! :D
