I've already taken out over 200 gallons of water in a morning from an overnight melt and rain. Tore out all the concrete this year and repoured everything with all of it pitched correctly now, so I am praying I eliminated the problem or at least slowed it downa whole lot. Jeff |
In order to keep the water out of mine, I'd need a wicked intricate drainage system and about two feet of concrete poured over the top of it. The water table is so high that any significant rainfall causes surface flooding. Just the other day I was watching water flow OUT of the storm drains onto the streets in my neighborhood. :eek:
