The more research I do, they more pissed I am. Minors rights my ass. The Det spent fours on an interview with one of the suspects yesterday. Didn't get anywhere, the punks parents pretty much controlled the interview. Later in the afternoon, the punk sent threatening text messages to the kid he thinks told on him. Cops can't do anything about that either.

Yes, the parents are scum too. It seems like they let their precious babies run wild with absolutely no rules. Then get all pissy when the thugs are questioned about their 'activities". I've been looking through their facebook pages. I'm almost shocked at what these dumb asses post.

Bull, they can too if the kid comes to them and shows them the texts. They may not, but they can if they want to. Minor or not there are laws about threatening people. Just like there are laws regarding theft. I think they're trying to cover their asses, make sure they don't violate anyone's rights.

Let's just hope that these thugs post something on Facebook about any item they took from you. Maybe then the police will do something.

Some good news. I've been working on this almost daily, on my own. The cops say this is a property crime, they have homicides to work on, no real time for me. So I took it upon myself to track the thieves down. Been doing what some would call "underhanded things", but I have results. The main guy is in jail, he has admitted to the crime, he has given up the names of his cohorts. I can't give any details just yet, but I will when it all comes out. I know where my stuff went, but I have to be careful right now about getting into the place where it went. This investigating stuff can get REAL in a hurry, as I have learned the hard way.

Thanks guys. This thing has consumed me since it happened. It was a big relief to know for sure who did it. I have a pretty big list of suspects that I have been watching and checking on regularly. Now that I know the 3 involved, I can concentrate on getting them all in jail and maybe some of my stuff back. And revenge, sweet revenge. I MUST have revenge. I slept a whole lot better last night.

Hank, Kathy is doing great. She vacuumed the house by herself today! Left handed of course, but she got it done. I put a spinner knob on the lawn tractor so she can mow the grass. Works pretty good.

Yep, she mows the lawn, trims the trees, trims the bushes, shovels snow, keeps the pond clean, and all kinds of help around the shop. I've mowed the lawn a couple of times, put the tractor in high gear, wide open, and give er hell. Make goofy circles, miss strips of grass, stay a few feet away from trees and such. She just shakes her head and says she will do the mowing.

The cops did a search warrant yesterday at one of the stash houses the criminals have. They didn't find any of my stuff, but did find some fire-arms and knives. They sent me some pictures of the knives to my flip phone. None were mine. These guys are in their early twenties and have had so many charges against them it is unreal that they are still on the streets. The main guy has had 6 different B&E, home invasion charges reduced to trespassing by the prosecutor. The raid saved me from having to go in alone, so that was a good thing. Will keep working on it.

I go to the heart doc and the knee doc today. Been having some heart trouble and the knee doc started the series of shots in the joint to see if he can get me some relief.

Tony, the shots to the knee, are they "Supratz" ? If so, they're not too bad. I've had them in both knees (not at the same time) 1 shot a week for 6 weeks.

Ken, that is what the shots are. This was the second one and I think it helped. I hope they work, as if they don't I have to have a knee replacement. I want to keep all my stock parts in me for as long as I can.

I sent the phone pictures to my computer so I could see them. Not my stuff. I talked to the Under-Sherriff yesterday. Because it's taken so long to identify the suspects, my stuff is most likely gone for good. I am going to the local PD this morning to see how much they will pursue the thieves now that they have been positively identified.

Lynda had cortisone shots and some other shots for arthritis before her knee replacement. Didn't really help her, hope it works for you.

Cops caught two criminals in possession of one of my handguns last night. The trail that leads back to my shop is amazing. Stolen from me, traded to drug dealer, traded to another drug dealer, bought by two idiots from the third drug dealer. Will take a while to get back to me. They have to do ballistics testing on it, if it is clean I get it back relatively soon. If used in a crime, I have to wait until the trial is over. The cops have some good leads from these two guys.

Small victory Tony, hoping they continue to track them down and and recover all of your property.

Same thing around here. The ACLU has sued the County for "overcrowding" at the County Jail. If they exceed the prisoner count by TWO, they have to release 150 to get the count back down. The criminals can't be double-bunked anymore, as it is considered "cruel and unusual punishment". What a crock of shit that is. The criminals just laugh at the cops when they are told "we are going to issue you an appearance ticket".

This ordeal has sure taught me a lot about how our justice system has gone to hell. The guys that were caught with my gun told the cops where they got it from. The cops can't go arrest the seller without doing a full investigation. Can't bring the guy in for questioning without more evidence. Bullshit is what I say. Drag him in and lets get this thing over with.

A pair if channel-locks on their nuts will get em singing pretty fast. Just happen to have a few pairs of channel=locks that I would like to see put to good use.
