Ray, you have to keep a positive attitude and remember you already have a job you like and that they would be lucky to have you in the new position.

Also if it helps just think of the extra money you will be making and paying into the system to support Hank, Tony, Bill and Ken (all I could think of) with their retirement. It gets me through the day.

Your work ethic is inspiring Ric. Not enough to make me go back to work but still inspiring. Rest assured us retired guys do appreciate it.

Did the interview today, now I just have to wait and see. Wife says I get to buy a new truck if I get the job, so I'm holding her to it.

Funny you should ask, my kids asked my wife the same question. She made a promise. I think the discounts went off yesterday, the one I was looking at was discounted 10k. Going to go out this weekend and see what's out there.

Here's two, I'm headed over to look at tonight. Just 5k on the maroon truck, and 12k on the brown one. Both GMC Sierra's 1500, fully loaded. The marron one has a sun roof and the brown one does not. Both have the Z71 package

I like the maroon one!! That one has my vote but it's not my money. lol

I've seen a few around here that color brown. Never been a fan of brown vehicles that color is really sharp. My son has a 2015 Sierra Z71, very nice trucks. You'd be happy with either one.

Both are great looking trucks, can't go wrong with either one. I am hoping to pick up a 2010-2013 ccsb 2wd with the 5.3 and six speed automatic. It's going to take me a few years before I can even realistically look at buying one.

Think I'm finally settled into the new job. still working some longer hours, but feel we finally are catching up and going to take my first 4 day weekend since I started here. I think I have 4 weeks of vacation coming and just have not had the time to take off.
