WOW! I just went through the whole build thread. Nice work. I do metal and fab work for a living and wouldn't have saved the panels you did. My hat's off to ya'. I'm glad the paint worked out. I thought it was going to be another horror story. I started painting a little over 25 years ago because I couldn't afford to pay someone. I'm glad I learned. I've had some expensive lessons over the years, but it's worked out for the best.

Again, glad you got her home. I'm looking forward to seeing it all reassembled.

Im right down 17 in Wilmington. Should have the weather stripping, windows and chrome installed real soon. Things have been dragging along at a snails pace. But it is what it is and I will have a pretty nice ride to enjoy here shortly. I hope!

Slow going is the word of the day. I have been scrambling around trying to find chrome trim channels that the weatherstripping glues into. Plus I seemed to misplace the little parts that attach to the lock cylinders. Thankfully I have a buddy thats parting out a couple chevelles here local. The fact this car is at a friends shop limits my participation. Being when I am available to work on it, hes closed!
But we are making very slow progress.
