When it's hot, you can cool off. Some of the cold I have experienced in the past took hours to warm up from. Plus your hands don't crack and bleed in the heat.

You should see the nice pad with full hookups he put in for our motorhome. Speaking of that, I'm going to need some minor changes Tony. We bought another motorhome, about 4' longer than the old one with 2 slide outs. I think the pad is long enough but we'll need the electric upgraded to 220v 50 amp. No rush, we can get by on 30 amp until you get to it.

All set already Hank. We put 200 amp service in the house and the shop. I have plenty of room for extra breakers.

That's good as I don't want to hear Hank running the generator while I'm in my wing of the house sleeping.

More likely it's Tony getting his coffee at 5 AM that you'll hear.

Went down for a couple of weeks and got more done. If all goes well, two more trips and the dive will be done. I have a final inspection on the big garage, should have a final on the house and attached garage in Feb.
