Hank70SS 03-16-2017 07:04 AM

Went down to 48 over night here, still in south Fl. Had to get up and turn the heat on in the middle of the night. That's better than the 19 at home though.

carpoor 03-16-2017 04:37 PM

We saw a low of 35 on this side of the state.

carpoor 03-17-2017 02:00 PM

Nice day today, haven't personally observed anything warmer than 68 degrees. But, sunny and dry.

chevymaher 03-17-2017 02:12 PM

Cold here but at least the 20's are over. We in the 40's and no more freezing they said.

shadowgray396 03-19-2017 11:19 AM

Getting one day of sun before the rains return. Man it been a wet two months. Flooding and land slides is all that seems to be in the news.

flash 03-19-2017 11:37 AM

Its sunny and 53 degrees here but very windy ,makes for a cool day.

Hank70SS 03-21-2017 07:16 AM

Weather here in south Florida is finally about average. Upper 50's to low 60's at night. Low humidity and highs around 80, perfect.

carpoor 03-21-2017 10:15 AM

Send some of that a few hours north Hank, it's been mid to upper 40s every morning in this part of the state. And quite windy during the day. The pollen is awful too.

carpoor 03-24-2017 07:37 PM

Lots of rain yesterday, washed away most of this damn pollen. Very mild today, saw a high of 74. Supposed to be low 80s the next five days.

shadowgray396 03-28-2017 02:19 PM

39 days of some type of rain, is it every going to stop. We are about to set a recorded again for the wettest month of March. We set one last month for February. People skiing love it, 200" of snow on the mountain. No water shortage this year.

Hank70SS 03-29-2017 07:06 AM

84 and humid yesterday, forecast is the same for today. Time to pack up and head home. We'll leave tomorrow morning and probably get home Sunday. Assuming no nasty weather north of here.

FlintTony 03-29-2017 07:25 AM

It's a little cooler up here Hank. I'm putting stuff away now, as we are heading out Sat morning. Hope to be home Sunday morning. Have a safe trip.

carpoor 04-01-2017 04:59 PM

Currently 87 and humid...

flash 04-02-2017 07:14 PM

Its going to be pretty dicey around here the next few days ,thunderstorms and tornadoes are possible .

Hank70SS 04-03-2017 07:42 AM

Got home yesterday and it was around 60. Supposed to start raining today and rain all week, oh boy.

shadowgray396 04-04-2017 02:22 PM

Finally some sun for the last few days and in the mid 60's. Rain returns in time for the weekend.

Hank70SS 04-04-2017 05:19 PM

Supposed to snow on Friday, low of 27 overnight. Great, I have to leave the propane furnace on in the motorhome or winterize the water system again.

FlintTony 04-04-2017 05:41 PM

Shit!!! Shit!!!! I leave 80-85 degrees for this shit!!! Rain, snow, more rain, and so much standing water and mud that I can't do shit around here!!! I am pissed!!!! I did get the 4 fence posts replaced yesterday, in the frickin rain!!!

FlintTony 04-06-2017 06:04 PM

More snow , rain, and ice today. High winds taking down more of my fence and dead ash trees. Too much mud and standing water to get anything done outside.

carpoor 04-06-2017 07:05 PM

Rain most of the morning, then beautiful sunny day with nary a cloud in the sky. Cooling off nicely now.

Hank70SS 04-07-2017 03:02 PM

Ya, yesterday was miserable. We went out early in the morning hoping to get some errands done before the rain turned to snow. No such luck, had almost white out conditions from time to time. Not very warm today but at least the sun is out.

shadowgray396 04-08-2017 06:48 PM

60 mph winds yesterday. 27 hours no power. Trees down everywhere, with all this rain the ground is saturated and did take much for the trees to go down with leaves on them. I have about 100 fir branches in my back yard and a mess in the street. Otherwise we faired better then most I keep my trees trimmed so no loss of trees. The Portland Swap meet is this weekend and I heard tents and awning went everywhere.

Ms Grumpy 04-08-2017 09:07 PM

Glad to hear that you didn't have any damage Ray.

Was nice here today. It was in the mid 60's I think. But nice enough to be outside.

FlintTony 04-09-2017 03:58 AM

Went to an outdoor swap meet yesterday. It was a little on the cool side, but warmed up the rest of the day. Still too wet and muddy out back to get anything done.

Ray, do you run a generator when the power goes down?

Hank70SS 04-09-2017 07:17 AM

Yesterday was a nice day. Spent the afternoon picking up branches. Was going to wait until we got them all up before setting them on fire but when the pile got to be 4' high and ~6' across it was time to light it up. We still have a couple of big areas to clean up, maybe today. We got lucky though, no trees or big branches down, just a bunch of mostly smaller stuff.

mestorod70 04-09-2017 09:37 AM

Been a little on the cold side here.
High 81...low 60. although it did rain for a few hours on thursday.

chevymaher 04-09-2017 03:20 PM

It warmed up the last couple days. I been in the boat with a heater under the tarp working. Rainy and cold the lsat week, Today got the air on.

carpoor 04-10-2017 04:22 PM

The last few days have been great.Temperatures in high 70s and sunny. No rain the forecast for the foreseeable future.

I came back to Michigan too early. Those are perfect temps where you are. It's in the low thirties here now. I won't make the same mistake next year. Hope you can make it up to my place next year.

carpoor 04-13-2017 04:18 AM

Me too. I look forward to throwing some lead with you.

The time frame isn't working out this year, my folks want to sell their place and move. I have been trying to help work on their house and finish up some projects. But, none of it is getting done fast enough.

shadowgray396 04-14-2017 08:34 AM

They say dry this weekend and maybe 66. I hope so. Still been raining.

shadowgray396 04-27-2017 08:55 AM

I knew it has been wet. Rain from October to October is 29 inches for a year. We are at 46 inches since October. Might finally get 4 dry days in a row starting Saturday. Might finally get the Chevelle out to a show.

Ken Hayes 04-28-2017 09:26 AM

Good luck Ray.

carpoor 05-01-2017 01:59 PM

Currently 92 degrees... we need some rain badly!

flash 05-01-2017 03:56 PM

It rained real hard early today ,now the sun is out again .I cant keep the neighbors leaves out of my ditch very long at a time ,wish they would get them up .Have to try and keep ahead of them or my driveway will wash out .

carpoor 05-02-2017 12:32 PM

We got some much needed rain this morning, still could use some more.

flash 05-02-2017 08:31 PM

I hope we dont get any more til after our University graduation is over ,its outside this year and we are still not finished setting things up .Come on Friday so we can get this one done .

shadowgray396 05-04-2017 08:49 AM

We set another record for rain in April. Finally got some sun yesterday and today. 82 today then back to rain and 60. First time this year we made it past the 60's. We haven't even been in to 70 until yesterday. Normally we are around 70 this time of year. It's stayed in the 50' and low 60's so far this year.

carpoor 05-04-2017 06:03 PM

More rain, we needed it. Supposedly more later tonight and tomorrow morning. Currently 81 degrees.

FlintTony 05-05-2017 04:55 AM

More rain here too, and we damn sure don't need it. Temps have been in the forties, no relief in sight. There is standing water all over my place, pond is overflowing, and it just flat ass sucks.
