10:15 next Tuesday for the root canal. Doesn't hurt anymore, antibiotics took care of that. Not looking forward to the root canal but had one done by this group of Docs a few years back. Doc and his assistant where like robots, wham, bam, thank you mam. Oh, that will be around $1,000, thanks.
Worst part is that tooth has a cap. So they'll drill the cap, do the root canal and send me on my way. Then I have to go to my dentist to have whatever crap they stuff in there pulled out and the cap sealed up. Don't have time for this crap. I can't believe how much shit I have to do and I'm retired, you'd think I'd have plenty of time. Oh, and 5 minutes ago Lynda asks about going to Henry's house tomorrow to help him with some more shit. Sure, I got nothing but time. Spent most every weekend at his house this year, what's another day. |
A grand for a root canal....then more for another dentist...your geting taken.
Check into going to costa rica for your dental work. Nice hotel..owned by the dentist...and will cost you less than half that. My wife had 25 grand in the USA implants done for under 6 grand down there. Check it out. |
Not worth going to Costa Rica from MI for one root canal. For multiple implants, sure, but not one root canal.

Plus your new phone won't work down there!! :)

Yeah Hank, I deal with this all the time. Will be heading back to Europe next Wed night, in fact.
I've got an account with a mobile phone company in the UK. I simply swap SIM cards in my iPhone from the Verizon one to the Mobal one. Changes my phone over to a UK number and all calls, texts, ect are charged on a per use/minute basis. All my Contacts remain in the phone. No monthly service costs. http://www.mobal.com/international-gsm-sim-card/ Works well...been doing this for years even while traveling outside the US when I worked. Mobal bills my Debit card. |
OK, this is some crazy shit with this phone. I was making supper when I hear my daughter, who lives in Texas, say "dad, can you hear me, I can hear you". The son of a bitchin phone didn't ring out loud, but it answered itself again.
