That truck reminds me of the truck that they did for one of the news stations. I think it was a Hummer for maybe CNN, like the one they rode in when they were reporting about the war.

proportions are wrong of license plate to car .... maybe a scale model car or product of PhotoShop???

Yup....I think it's a photoshop....side markers, tag & mufflers are HUGE. Looks like the mufflers off my old sportbike.
