Tony, you obviously bought the latest, greatest phone available. My old fashion phone, getting close to 10 months old now, won't do that. I have to answer the damn thing. You're on the bleeding edge of technology my friend. Next version will not only answer the phone put carry on a conversation with whomever called so you don't have to be bothered. Could be a real time saver.

Hank, you a funny mo-fo! Made me laugh, and I sure as hell needed a laugh!. This phone has that text thing where you say words at it and it makes text out of it. Only I have to learn to proof read that shit before I hit send. Some of the stuff, I have no idea what I was trying to say when I read it.

Glad you had a laugh Tony. Guess you need to talk to them about your phone. There has to be some setting that let's it answer or else it's broke. Try bouncing it off the wall once or twice. That usually resets them so they don't auto answer.

There is a auto answer setting in there.

Thanks! I did a Google search for that and found something on it. I think that did the trick. The setting has to be on, not off. Who would of known that?

What? You didn't try bouncing it off the wall as I suggested? That usually resets everything.

Well, that didn't work. This POS answered itself twice today. I changed the setting back to "on" and it answered itself again. It's going back to the phone joint in the morning. The way it is, someone could hear all my conversations when the POS does it.

More phone drama. It kept answering itself when I was down south, then it wouldn't send any pictures or email. It would made 6 ding sounds about every 30 seconds, then "sending failed" would show up on the screen. Every stinking 30 seconds until I shut it off. I took it to a Verizon dealer. He said the SIM card was bad, so he changed it at a cost of 22 bucks. It is supposed to be under warranty, but because I was from out of town, he gave me some bullshit about getting a refund from my phone store. That fixed the email, but still answered itself. Took it to the place that I bought it from today. He did a "wipe" of the thing. Lost all the pictures that I just took in Florida. They are in the 'cloud", but I have no clue as to how to get them back.

Got a new phone today. Was at the Verizon store yesterday and it answered itself. Guy about shit. He said he thought it was me being stupid all along. Changed his tune when he heard is himself.

Hopefully this one functions better than the last one and has a working clock.
