I'm in Maine and yesterday the weather was awful and today I think it might be a lot better.

Beautiful day today, perfect for the parade, temp was in the mid 70's. Tomorrow, for the Dream Cruise, the day is supposed to start out in the 40's and then hit the low 70's. Hoping for a great day to sit and watch some beautiful cars.

100 degree weather is gone and back to the 70's

Weather here has been very nice ,mid to high 80's and nice and cool at night and no rain.

We have been having some nice days in the mid to high 70's and the evenings get nice and cool down in the low 60's. Weekend is supposed to bring temps in the 80's.

The only bummer with the weather....is transmission problems with my car.

Hard to believe we went from one of the wettest springs on record when everyone else was having a drought to one of the driest 3 months of July August and September of only having .25 inches of rain. Lucky we had cool weather until the end of July so all the crops did very well when in August and September. October is looking dry also. Fire danger is so high that while hunting we are not allowed to leave the gravel roads at all in the woods.

Our weather was similar, very wet spring then very dry summer, only our summer was a lot hotter than normal. The 80 degree temps in April followed by freezing temps destroyed most of the fruit crops in MI. They say they lost about 90% of the apple crop.

It's been cooler but we're still short on rainfall, the grass is turning brown again. Started to sprinkle last night, still sprinkling this morning but not enough to even get through the trees and reach the ground.

Today is the last day of our nice weather. No rain for 80 plus days. Weekend is going to be wet and cold. Been in the 70's for the last few weeks, but this will be the end of our nice weather.

We have been having perfect early fall weather ,nice warm days with a nice cool down at night .Had a little rain this morning ,could use more ,and now its partly sunny and warm . I cant complain about the weather at all .

Snowing in the mountains already and only in the high 40's the last few days Burrrrrrrr. Not ready for winter to be here already.

The nicer days lately have all started with rain. So you never really know what the day is going to be like. Today the temps were in the mid 70's, which is high. By Sunday the high temp is supposed to be in the 40's. Welcome to Michigan.

Our highs have been in the 80's with a light breeze ,cant get much better .

So winter is coming. The temperature has been in the low 50's, high 40's today. All next week is supposed to be in the 40's. I just want a 50+ degree day with the sun shining to do some last minute clean up before I store my car for the winter.

Hurricane Sandy soon, 90mph winds here on monday, took the boat out today. Declared a state of emergency, I hope we don't loose power for a week like last year.

Changed my oil today.

Been raining like cats and dogs today at the coast. Have had between 4 to 7 inches of rain.

We are getting some much needed light rain this morning ,it will be cloudy the rest of the day with possible high winds .

Feels like that around here the last couple of days. To much rain and lots of wind. Predicting lots of rain all week. Learning to hate winters around here. Time to move to some place warm and dry.

Today has been cold and windy ,same thing predicted for most of the week .

The wind is starting to pick up a lil right now. I hope all my workers show up tomorrow, I have a project due for a customer.

And school is cancelled across the state, I'm on the coast where it should be the worst.

I haven't gone on Facebook yet this morning. I have been getting reports from my daughter who is in Brooklyn, NY. This morning around 1am she said that the trees around her were falling like domino's. Then around 2am the skylight in my grand daughters room was blown off and it was raining in her room. There was nothing that they could do, the wind was 50+mph and they couldn't get to it right away cause they didn't have a ladder. The most important thing is that everyone is safe...wet, but safe.

I hope everyone came thru this hurricane/storm unscathed.

The power just came back on which is good. Last night me and the kids were driving around doing some storm watching so we went down to a small town/ island named Humarock and drove the Tahoe right up on the beach and the waves were huge. The street was shut down earlier at high tide but was open when we went. So much water and sand came over that they had already made mounds 10 feet high in front of the houses. So many Detours on the way home from work too from trees blocking roads and transformers on fire. Only 3 trees came down across the street from my house and I'm surprised. They just missed my boat too, I kinda wish it got crushed so I can get a new one. lol

Glad to hear everyone is safe. Sounds like and from some of the pictures I have seen I going to take a while to get this back to working order.

I feel for everyone that suffered damage and sorry to hear of so many deaths because of this massive storm. I have no right to complain about our weather with all everyone up there is dealing with.

Been watching the news, it's bad. NJ and NY have really been hammered. We had roaring winds all day yesterday and today, a little snow this morning but nothing like the east coast. Hope this storm settles down soon.

It has been windy here today. Been watching our willow, just praying that it doesn't drop any more branches. Have so many little branches all over everywhere. I have a couple stuck on the top of my van, I drove all over and they are still hanging on. lol

We have had over 200 percent of normal of rain for the month of October. But we have nothing to complain about, it was only water and not all the wind and property damage like the east coast.

It is so hard to imagine what those people are going through on the coast. I know that tonight one of the networks is having a fundraiser for the Hurricane victims. If anyone knows of another place besides the Red Cross, that is taking donations and actually helping victims, please post it.

For that those of you, who have been affected by the hurricane, if there is something you need. Please post it here, maybe someone can help. At a time like this, it does not hurt to ask for help. We can only help, if we know what you need.

Weather was nice today, I picked my car up from the shop with my new original valve covers on and looks great. I went for a cruise to get my haircut and stopped for gas and had a bunch of people love te car and ask lots of questions. It was almost 50 out today.

It was really nice here today. I am sure it was in the 50's. Too bad that everything I had to do today involved either being in a store or in the house. Maybe tomorrow will be another nice day. I need to clean up the garage now that I have some room.

Lot of rain the next few days. Makes me wonder if I will ever be able to drive the Chevelle at all this winter.

I just got back from dropping my son off at soccer in the SS. The temp was 30 outside and car ran great.

It was soooooo foggy here this morning.

Currently 70* and sunny, I should be out in the garage working on the Monte Carlo. But, truth be told... I am burnt out. Been chasing an issue for two weeks, finally find the cause. The solution will... you guessed it - cost me more money. ::sigh:: Really hope I can find a buyer by the end of the year.

It was another great day here and I was stuck in the house most of the day getting Christmas gifts and decorations out .
