What a week! 2 guys on vacation,1 since last Wednesday and I still have 2 more days to go. One guy off in the shop and the owner just makes more work for me with his screw ups! I got about 50 hours in already this week and it looks like Sunday will be paper work. Now you guys know why I'm half wacked,well on my way to full wacked.Waving

No beer during the week,too tired. But the weekend is upon us. As far as the whine situation,the wife wont listen and since I type it someone gotta read it.

Wife hears it, she just chooses to ignore it. Take it from experience.

You should know better. You can't put your standards on your employees. They will never live up to them. They don't care as much as the guy with his name on the front of the building.
