anyone have a guess?

Green Hornet, there are so many things to factor in when you are determining the value of a vehicle. Pictures may look awesome, but when you see it in person it may be a whole different story. This may sound funny, but Grundy's worldwide insurance site has a link to find out what the average going price is on a vehicle. I know that there are other sites out there that do this too. Maybe check it out. Good Luck.

cool, thanks. if i get this 66, i would be new to the world of chevy. so im pretty much a newb with this all. i have allways owned, and still own mustangs. i have 2 of them at the moment.

i was just tryn to get an aprox value because one of the stangs would be getting traded for this car, and i just want to make shure i was getting equal value.

Do you know what motor is in it? I can't see the sides, but with a bench seat I'm assuming it's not a factory SS car. It looks very clean, but as stated it's near impossible to guess by looking at a few photos. I'd say the range would be anywhere from 10k-15k for that car.

thanks, it has a 350 in it with a 350 auto. i have more picts, the car is very clean.

Here is a link to another thread that tells what you should look for when you check out the car. Hope this helps.

What is the asking price? I have a friend that has a 66 convertible for sale for $26000 that is beautiful and ready to cruise. It belonged to her husband who recently passed away .If interested I can put you in touch .Hers is a well known car in great condition.

Is that the beauty that was sitting in the lobby of the hotel?

The 66 in the hotel lobby cant be bought at any price ,it belongs to Bruce Benders widow. Bruce passed away last year and his wife is keeping his legacy alive with his cars. She had another vert parked on the show field near the ACES tent. The one I know of for sale is a 66 Malibu convertible ,can be seen on TC. It is Aztec Bronze with red interior, all original sheetmetal except for one front fender due to a minor fender bender.

look up completed listings on ebay under advanced search....If you are taking it on a trade make sure your in it right tho! Make sure its a solid car too if your buying it sight unseen!! Good luck
