Ya know, I enjoy a good game of football. I of course have my favorites but I just like to watch the games. I remember years ago I used to deliver pizzas on Saturdays. I would ask to work Saturday afternoons, and the other drivers always wondered why. I would make a crapload in tips cause I would listen to the radio and keep up on the scores to all the teams that I could. Then when I pulled up to the house I would see a Mich. State flag, or other school team flag, and know the score when I got to the door and the guys would be impressed.

I thought this was going to be about recipes...... :(

not much to it.... you got the beer (in the hand), peppers, onions, olive oil& spices in tinfoil on the charcoal grill (left) then the sweet & hot sausage and marinated sirloin tips on the portable propane grill (right) :beer:
and once the weather gets alittle chilier....gotta throw some chili in the mix too.:)

big one this sunday, the vikes are coming to town and bringin Randy Moss back to foxboro...4:15 game, so lots of time for eatin & drinkin!!!!

yeah...I'm kind of hoping he plays!!!, although the last time I was at a game that the Pats lost, was him as a Jet:(

what a feast !!!!! little neck clams on the 1/2 shell, shrimp cocktail, lamb chops, beef ribs, sirloin tips, rib eyes, chili, sausage & peppers, all kinds of brews.......and of course, the captain!!! :ntwrthy:

Were you at a tailgate party or a fancy restaurant. It is amazing to me the food that people are having at these tailgate parties.

I tailgated at a saints game a few weeks ago...

Creole Jambalaya, Brats, Chicken Spiedies, and plenty of cold Heineken.

Champions Square had everything one could want, too...all the big name New Orleans restaurants had a showing there, from ACME Oyster company to Gallatoire's. You could get anything from duck and andouille gumbo to charbroiled oysters rockefeller to sushi. I always cook my own though. :D
