I think he just wanted a few days off from work and came up with this plan.

Seriously Ric, give us an update, hope you're doing well.

We'll be leaving in a couple of hours, I'll use Lynda's laptop to check in. Hope to hear some good news from you. Lynda asked yesterday if there were any updates, we'll be thinking of you.

Thanks guys, everything went according to plan, they did put in another stint because of blockage, did not get out of recovery till 4am this mornings that was rough. Waiting for breakfast now since it's been 24 hours. I may be able to leave late today if all the post op stuff goes well. Thanks again all caring as it does help. I will be the picture of health after this as there is no fricken way I ever want to do this third time.

I'm HOME :D thank for all the well wishes and now I have to get working on that bucket list we all need to do.....this sure makes you think and I want to keep it that way and not let it slip away.

I got some great news late last week before this all happened that my son Craig that lives in S. F. California got engaged to his girl friend while they were in Mexico so I have to look forward to my son marrying this wonderful girl and starting their life and I sure want to be around for this..:)

Glad to here that you are home. Take it easy for a while. Doc's told me that stress was a major factor in a HA, so try and be cool for a while.
Aint love grand? Your boy has a whole life in front of him. I hope they make the best of it.

Highway Star 10-12-2010 08:38 PM

I was 28 when my father (age 53) died of a heart attack. Do everything you can to stick around and meet all your grandkids. Congratulations, by the way...it will be special for me on the days that my sons get engaged. I can tell you're proud. Eat healthy and exercise. Oh and learn to say "Eff it" sometimes... :D

I'm still kicken, went for a 1 mile walk today and it felt good..just a little sore where they entry point where they put the stint in..Remember that feeling Tony? I'm black and blue all over from all the needles they poked in me. Still have a nice knot on the back of my head where I must have hit the floor when I went down. Just bored now

FlintTony 10-15-2010 10:02 AM

Ric...If you get real bored, give me a call and come on over and shoot the shit for a while. Pretty slow around here today.

Hey Tony, I just seen this...I'd like to come next week sometime and shoot the shit and see your new project....let me know what works for you as I'm pretty open.

FlintTony 10-15-2010 04:36 PM

I should be here most of the mornings, except Tuesday. We walk the dogs at the rescue mission on Tues morning. Just give me a call and we'll go from there.

Hank70SS 10-17-2010 05:38 PM

Great news on all fronts Ric. If you need any ideas for your bucket list I have a few suggestions. Really glad to hear that you're doing well and back home. Stress, as Tony as mentioned, forget about it! It's time to coast through life instead of battling uphill. Take care.
