Posting Picture Problems
 

We received this message from a member stating that they are having problems posting pictures.

"I was trying to post some pics in my album, but I get this message about a missing security link or something to that effect, not allowing me to upload any pics."

Is anyone else having this problem? We are working to get this fixed, but we need to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem.

I link to my photobucket all the time without a hitch.

Worked just fine. Is the problem with linking to photos on the web already or with attaching/uploading pics to the site?

I think he is saying the issue is with uploading photos to his album, like this http://www.chevelleforum.net/album.php?u=4

The problem just might be in his own security settings ... I have run into that after my wife "adjusts" the 'putor! LOL

That was a suckling pig we did up a while back. She spent overnight on the low fire and the last 10 minutes over a fresh applewood fire to render out the rest of the fat between the skin and muscle tissue. A little scoring of the skin, and out it comes. MMMmmmmmm

When I try to upload pics that I have taken with my phone but uploaded to the comp. I get that security missing comment. But I used a digi camera and it uploaded fine, I figured it had something to do with what kind of format it was in

I don't know why it would be a different format. Is the picture code the same as the other pics you uploaded into a folder on your computer ? Did you try to upload a different pic, from the same folder on your computer, and see what the code is for that pic and see if anything is missing ?

This is a new one for me, cause I upload pics from my phone all the time. Also are you trying to upload them into an album on your profile page, this is usually the easiest way to upload pics. Let me know how things go. I will keep an eye on this thread and do some checking to see if there is anything I can do to help you.
