My car is done!!!!

well almost, still have a few odds and ends to buy and a lot of detail work to do but the hard part is over. Maureen was amazed at the dedication and focus I had with this project over the last 7 months, and if I do say so myself it turned out pretty decent. Thanks for your help and support,my friends.

It L@@KS Shweeet Gary! Congrats on an awesome job. I just got my rear differential back in. Now all you need to do is make plans to bring it to MI so we can all see it in person!
:D If there was a thumbs up smiley I'd post it up for ya!

I don't like the looks of that TCS temp sensor wire! You don't plan to leave it like do you? :D

Beautiful Gary, you did an awesome job. Wish mine looked half that good. All bow to Gary! :ntwrthy::ntwrthy::ntwrthy::ntwrthy:

I'm serious, your car looks great. You should be very proud of the job you did.

Gary your car looks amazing ! I think many of us wish ours was 1/2 as clean. You have worked so hard and it definitely shows. You should be very proud of yourself. One day I will see it in person.

WOW, "He" looks great!!!

Looks as you did a very good job in getting all of the sheet metal aligned back up, the gaps are perfect!!! I know that is very hard to do on the '70 front clip.

Ms Grumpy 04-24-2011 06:58 PM

Gary, I don't know if you remember my brother Eric from the Ohio Show. He was here admiring how beautiful your car is. As we were talking he asked if those were the T-3 headlights ? He also asked if the trans cooler lines were stainless steel ? He was just wondering. But he definitely wanted you to know that you have a beautiful, extremely clean car. We are all sitting here being jealous !!

Yes the trans cooler lines are stainless,as are the fuel and brake lines. The headlights are t-3,and from what I could see after taking them out the high beams might be original.I hope I didn't come across the wrong way with my little bit of bragging.......
