No comments on bin Laden?

Just surprised no one has commented yet. Guess all I can say is I'm glad, wish it had happened sooner but at least it's done.

We try to stay away from a lot of political stuff on here and AK. That is why we have politicalchat.org.

But I will say....I won't believe it til I see it. They say that his body was "buried at sea". It just bothers me that we really don't have proof, that I know of.

Highway Star 05-02-2011 09:32 PM

Do we still have a 5th amendment? Can I plead it?

Hank70SS 05-03-2011 06:09 AM

Wasn't trying to stir up anything political, don't think we have a lot of muslim extremists here. Just expected a few comments.

I haven't seen anything Jake. Although it's the largest Arab population in the country you don't really hear anything about radicals or extremists.

Derek69SS 05-03-2011 11:19 AM

I'm with Nancy... the timing, the "burial", etc is all very suspect to me. I personally think it's a big political game, and that the "official story" is never completely true in politics. He was "near death" from kidney failure a decade ago...

grandsport 05-03-2011 04:53 PM

I've been laden with work to have time to follow his sudden passing.

shadowgray396 05-03-2011 10:36 PM

Not sure what to believe just yet. Alot of different stories already. If they did get him I glad, it's about time. He's now shark bait.

There really is nothing they can do to prove it. A picture means nothing, people still believe we didn't send a man to the moon. The body, what are they going to do, put it on display. Could you tell if it was bin Laden or someone else or even a wax dummy? Not starting an argument or anything else, just saying you either believe or you don't. If you don't there is nothing they can do that will really convince you. I hope it's true and if so I'm glad the bast$^& is dead.

flash 05-05-2011 08:54 PM

Hank, I could not have spoken it better.

grandsport 05-05-2011 09:20 PM

Is he still dead?

I guess not, last I heard he went diving somewhere.

Rank 05-06-2011 09:34 AM

I would be concerned that the ocean currents would cause his body to drift into the radio-active waters off Japan, and after a period of saturation in nuclear waste his body would rise like a phoneix as "Godzilla Laden" ....

I hope this is not the case!

Ms Grumpy 05-06-2011 05:57 PM

You know what...they probably put him the same place that Elvis is. And they are bugging the crap out of each other.

Diving Gary, as in the water, not driving.
