That train pic is sweet ! Where was it taken ?

Highway Star 01-05-2010 01:05 PM

Thanks guys, but the credit is due somewhere else. I borrowed it from a thread at TC a while back, called old cars in transit or something like that. The name of the file suggests that the snowcap in the background is Shasta Mountain or Mt. Shasta, in norcal. I love that picture.

On the way back from Oskosh AirVenture last year, I stopped by Yellowstone.
Got up real early (first light) and made my way to the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River. I shot this from the trail to Artist Point.

Any one of these has been a desktop for a long time. When I had more time I used to really be into photography, thought about it being my job for awhile. Then decided to get back into communications.

I think the Mt. Shasta pic at the botton of the page was on my work computer for like 2 years.

I have a number of cars I drawn in Illustrator for T-Shirts. Each time I make one, I also make a new desktop. Then I have my desktops (wallpaper for the PC folk) change every minute.
THis vette was mostly to see if I could do it, hasn't gone on a shirt yet. I have 15 others as of right now. Chevelles, Camaros, Novas, 2002 Trans Am, AAR Cuda.
