I am popping in as much as possible. Just lots of work to do.

This weather really put a stop to things. I'm looking out my office window now,there are 4 salesmen pacing the showroom like caged animals.

Then throw em some fresh meat :)

I took advantage of the clear PNW skies this morning and drove the Chevelle to work! A little cold but no frost on the road so I was able to keep it going straight! :D

The Black Car isn't going to see the streets for a long time. They are calling for another 8 inches of snow today and tomorrow.

Good morning Gary! It's going to be alittle lonely here until more guys stubble across the site. How do you manage test drives in the snow? I don't do snow very well. We had a freak storm that dropped 10" about 3 weeks ago (we live 40 miles east of Sacramento in foothills) then the rain came and all we get now is fog. I drove my '55 into work yesterday and had to use the wipers (55 year old wipers suck).

We are on a main road,so test drives are not really an issue most times. This is really the worst weather we have had in many years and it is a pain in the rear keeping the lot plowed and the cars cleared of snow

Waving Hi Gary! Little slow getting started this morning! The weather has my old bones really aching this morning and I still ave to go out in the cold!
Got groceries to buy, prescriptions to pick up plus have to get over clean the snow off the ElCamino and move it across the street where they already plowed so they don't get itchy and tow it on me!:mad:

No way. We've had snow ON THE GROUND for 2 weeks now. No one can remember last time that happened. It does get cold here but not like this. Ok City had RECORD snow fall Xmas eve..... 14". That's the most since record keeping started. "Normally" one of those Artic fronts will blow through here and be gone in a couple of days. NOT like this winter. So, what brand do you sell? Looking at the news lately, I hope its Ford.

Used to be Chrysler Dodge,now strictly a used car center. But I still stock mostly cars from my favorite marque.;)

Its cold down here too but no snow yet .Hopefully we wont get any .They closed the schools here because they thought it might snow today. Its a shame the college I work at didnt follow their lead and let me have a free day off with pay. The grocery stores around here are filled with people panicking over bread and milk.

Looks like another lonely day here for Grandsport.:( I really must get a real job soon.

School today.....ugh:(

I'm up to my elbows in a-holes today at work!!!

Been busy today too.

I work for an Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation Contractor. We only work in the petrochemical manufacturing facilities along the mighty mississippi. There is a unionized branch of our company that works all over the US and Canada, but I work on the local side. My position on this job is "Material Controls Manager". I buy all the material...not a fun job handling the problems and poor organization of 40 foremen that get paid more than me. All of the things I do are very urgent and time-sensitive. We're almost finished, and up until this week, we were on the job around the clock, 7 days a week, with a total of about 350 craftsmen. This job is a grass roots job, building a catalyst-producing facility. Catalyst is a necessary ingredient to remove the good stuff from crude to make go-juice. Big friggin job.

an old friend contacted me and told me about another old friends facebook page that has some old pic's on it, I joined.....and like everything else, i'm obsessed with it, been there for days now...it's like being back in the 70's for me on facebook...all old HS friends with lot's of old pic's...
