Got a real lady in the garage now.

Just got back from South Carolina in my 13 Corvette and I must say this car is a real lady with finess and manners out the wazoo. One of the most comfortable cars I have ever driven.600 miles and no fatigue or back pain.No wonder the median age of a new Corvette buyer is 55.LOL.Gonna take a while to get used to the stick with 425hp,but I ran her hard and got 27.6 mpg on regular gas,now that is impressive.

Very cool Gary!!
'Ya got out of here just in time...been Tornado warnings all evening. A couple rock 'n roll T-storms have passed thru too.
Good news it's cleaned up the air...pollen counts been brutal.

Never saw pollen like that before, and they said it will be worse,

Gary I saw the pic of you and your new toy on Facebook last night. Looking good !!! I know that you probably showed her who was boss. So what was the top speed you got up to on your 600 mile trip. And don't tell us 55. :)

grandsport 04-12-2013 06:36 PM

Avg speed was about 75.Had her at about 140 on a lonely stretch in West Virginia.

Gary's been busy lately...not sure if he's truly been able to 100% enjoy that new toy right now.
Soon, I hope....

A little birdie told me that maybe "someone" might have gotten their car to go really, really fast. Let's just say it sounded like they had fun. :)
