My day started out like crap!

I was in a pretty good mood this morning. As I was leaving for work I was in the process of closing the door from the kitchen ,when my dog Malibu took a flying leap at the door catching me off guard. Needless to say I was wearing a full cup of hot coffee.:( My white coat,my favorite Thursday sweater,my jeans and shoes, soaked. I know she hates it when I leave, but geeze........

chevguy65 02-04-2010 09:11 AM

Sounds like she has abandonment issues.
Have Malibu stop by my office and I will talk with her.

Did you have other clothes to change into?

:) :) :)

I really don't mind when the dog causes that to happen...I just hate it when my wife does. :o

It could have been worse then; sound like your dog loves coffee and just wanted some.

How did you know my favorite jacket was white? I hope it isn't ruined.:(:)

Try OxyClean. My daughter was darn near born in the front seat of my wife's Malibu (2000) and after two weeks of...stuff...sitting under a towel, I took the seat apart. We tossed the lower seat cover in the washing machine with OxyClean and let it air dry. It came out like brand new. We were blown away.

I worked the parts counter at a dealership in the 90s. They hired a salesman fro the used car lot, and he actually wore those bright green pants and loud jackets. We loved it. He was an older guy, so it was even better. Most of the sales staff were younger and wore the pressed white shirts and power ties, but this guy was the stereotypical used car seles man. And to top it off, his name was "Bud" and I'm sure he used it to his advantage. He's probably selling dishwashers at Sears right now.

Back in the 80s when I was a manager for a Cadillac-Mercedes store,I wore a 3 piece suit and real shoes everyday. When it was real hot in the summer,I went casual with a short sleeve dress shirt.

But we don't color coordinate; my wife won’t leave the house unless everything matches. The common theme is purple…

grandsport 02-05-2010 11:10 AM

My wife has me coordinate her outfits the night before. What's up with that?
