What do you think?
I have a car trailer that has been at my house for the last 8 to 10 years that a friend brought over because he had no place to store it. I offered to store it for him if I could use it when I need it. I offered to buy it about 5 years ago when I talked to him and he said no. I have no idea where he is now. Oregon does not require a title on trailers that are not license or any ID number. Excluding any storage fees since I offered to keep it at my house, who the legal owner of the trailer now. I would like to up grade to a better trailer and this one is now in the way.

Personally I would talk to someone in the legal profession. If you did get rid of this trailer and the original owner came back, it might be a big problem. Do you have any friends in common? Check on facebook. Heck even just google his name to try to find him.

Go to the local magistrate and tell them it has been abondaned on your property for 5 years. I'll bet you own it.
