Frankenmuth Autofest
 

Got home around 10:30 this morning, not many people hang around on Sunday. Nice day on Friday, overcast but the sun did pop out a few times. Dave, Nancy and crew stopped by to say hi. It was a pleasure meeting you, maybe next year you can join us for the weekend. The Big Block Party on Main St was good as usual. Town was packed and lot's of nice cars to look at.

Saturday started out ok then the rain hit around 1 PM. Rained until at least 5. We sat under the canopies, drank beer, ate hotdogs and burgers and told lies. Ray laughed when I got water on myself trying to get the puddles out of Tony's canopy. Then Ray laughed when Tony got even more water on him doing the same thing. Then we all laughed when Ray drenched himself showing us how you're supposed to do it. Ray and Tony were both on a roll so it was fun just sitting back and listening to those two clowns.

The weather didn't cooperate but I think we all had a good time enjoying each other's company, I know I did. I forgot the camera, Tony took some pics but he was using a film camera, didn't know you could still buy film. I know Nancy took a few pics I hope she'll share.

Didn't see Ray (robo3), maybe he didn't make it up. You missed a good time Ray sorry we couldn't get together.

It was our pleasure meeting you Hank. The hospitality was overflowing under your canopys. What a great bunch of people. We just dropped off the Chevelle to have some work done, and we told out buddy about Frankenmuth. We also told him that we will be there next year, and that maybe we can get a bunch of our friends to join in also.

Thanks Nancy. I'm glad we finally had the chance to meet. They are a great bunch, we really enjoy ourselves when we get together, well at least I do. Would be great if you and your friends could help us expand the Chevelle row next year. Thanks for stopping by and saying hi.

This was one that made everyone scratch their heads. I know we have seen the pictures before, but I always thought that it was photo-shopped. Now that I have seen it in person, I am a believer.

i was in the muth thursday nite at mc donalds cruis in car show , and than all day fri down town i was on the street at night right in front of river town by the bridge. sat i stayed home and sunday i had a local show to attend in wich i won my 2nd. BEST OF SHOW :D mabe next year i'll get to meet some of you. o and my name is john.

Sorry we missed you John, but in that sea of people it was hard to find Hank, and we knew pretty much where he was. There will be more shows, we like to meet as many members as we can.
