So,so more parts came yesterday and Maureen handed me the box at dinner time.No big deal you say? Well for some reason the invoice was on the box,and the price was like a neon sign on it.:eek:

Gary ,I didnt have that problem at all !!!!!!!! It may have been because it was HER car that we spent the most money on. But then again she never complains about what I spend on the cars since they are our only children.

That is why she wont say anything.:D Her hobby and mine are off limits for any kind criticism.Works out pretty well.:p

I never really asked what was spent on his Jeep. Custom bumper front and rear, really big tires (all 5 of them) and much more. So when it came to my Chevelle, I had some money put aside. But of course we went over, I just never asked.

Out of sight, out of mind. Except when the bank statement comes.

Lynda has the receipts for everything I've spent on the Chevelle over the years. She stopped keeping track of the total a few years ago.
