Actually I lost my ass on the sale but needed the money.
For some reason our company lost business and I took not only a 15% cut in pay but a reduction in hours as well.
Had to keep the mortgage and bills paid.

Well I hope this new year is a better one for you. Welcome to the site. We can't change your situation but maybe we can make some friends and have a few laughs.
