Video of pre-Woodward Dream Cruise Cars
 

If you have never been to Michigan for the largest 1 day car cruise in the world called the Woodward Dream Cruise. Then this video gives you a little taste of the weeks heading up to the WWD Cruise.

I found this video and thought maybe you guys might enjoy it. Some of the video looks like it might be the actual day of the cruise, but most of it is shot in the weeks leading up to the cruise. Many classic car owners take their cars out and have fun. If you notice a lot of the older cars are in the right lane. People line the street, sitting in their cars (until the Royal Oak Police Dept. kick them out), they sit in lawn chairs and just enjoy the cars. You never know what you will see driving down the street.

Since I live in MI, been there, done that. For those that haven't it's hard to imagine the number of cars and people. It's almost impossible to drive your car on the Saturday of the cruise but it's something you should see if you ever have the chance. The week before the cruise is actually as good or better than the cruise. You can drive your car, stop on the side of road and watch the other cars.

That is on my Bucket List .

flash, we would love to see you guys here for the WWDC. Even if it was in the weeks heading up to it. I know your calender is always tight, but one day you and Joan need to do it. I think that you two would love it.

Cruising woodward and gratiot is what I miss the most about living in the detriot area. You can keep the weather though. I prefer the San Diego sun shine, seasons are over rated...

I would love the warmer weather, but I just cannot imagine x-mas without snow. I guess that is the trade-off for possibly a warm summer.

I would miss snow for less time then it took me to type this out..

I would like to go to this sometime.
