Chevelle AC packages

I thought it would be easy to choose an add on AC system. Boy was I wrong.
Theres the

Classic Air system
Vintage air system
Old Air Hurricane 1000

I have been tying to do my homework for this purchase. Any input would be much appreciated.

If not these systems, any suggestions ? We are seriously looking to put AC in my car before it gets warm and I would love to hear any positives or negatives about systems that you have or know about.

E-Mail or call Chuck Hanson as he installed a new system in one of his recently. I dont know what system he used .

I have vintage-air, but it's not installed yet. Quality looks very good, kit looks very complete, and the instructions look very easy to follow. :)

Ive done considerable research on this topic and have concluded that I will be purchasing the Classic Auto Air kit. Keep us posted.

Just curious as to why you chose this kit over the others ?

It was exactly what I wanted, easy install, with quality parts. They have spent over a hour on the phone with me already and I havent bought the system yet.
Ive got a factory a/c car to start with.Im justdoing the under hood upgrade(compresor, condensor, lines) Your application I beleive would be a completly different system.

Ditto that.
I recently got a killer deal on a brand new Vintage Air kit for my '67 at a local swap meet.
Brand new...still in the box...$350 cash. ;)
I've been looking for someone to install it...can't swing it right now. I do have the compressor hung. :ntwrthy:
