Got me a Smoker today.
 

My family thinks that I am nuts, and they might be right. But I have always loved to BBQ. Years ago it was the charcoal, then I moved up to a gas grill, then one with a Rotisserie and a searing part. Well last year I got a torpedo smoker, and I have come to love using a Smoker. It just makes the most amazing tasting meat.

Since last summer I talked about getting a bigger smoker and about a month ago I found one at Home Depot. Not too expensive, but still, with buying the trans and brakes for the Chevelle wasn't sure when I would get it.

So today.....grumpy bought me my smoker for Mother's Day. Some people think that I am crazy, cause I am so excited about this thing. But....It is so cool and I just couldn't resist telling you guys.

I want some of what Gary is smoking in his bong. I have never smoked meat as Im too impatient to wait on it to get smoked.Besides Joans cooking is much better than mine. Mrs Grumpy ,I know youre nuts thats one of my favorite things about you .Youre a CERTIFIED CAR NUT.

I've smoked a few things myself,but never meat. I would think one would have to have powerful lungs .

Start with a hot dog Gary until you get the hang of it. Hardest part is getting it lit.

You know grumpy was the one who bought me my first smoker. Maybe cause he is a smoker himself. You hit the nail on the head.
