Very Disappointed Today
 

I returned to work this morning after taking vacation time off for the Northern Ohio Chevelle Show and was told that we would no longer be allowed to take vacation time off during the month of August so that rules out my return next year to the best regional show of the year . It sucks to be me sometimes .This is the one show I always look forward to every year and they go and screw it all up. OK, Rant over for now.

Now Im just depressed .

What is their reasoning for this ?

None given other than its a busy time at work ,I would understand if I was behind on my work orders but I was caught up when I left. My new boss just wants me to quit I think and I pushed him into the job as I didnt want it. He probably has a friend that needs a job as he hired another friend of his through a temp agency for a carpenter position while our carpenter is out battling cancer.

John you have another year before the next show. A lot of things can change in a year. Stay positive, don't let this guy get under your skin.

Thanks everyone ,it just agrivates me as I take pride in doing a good job and getting beat up all the time over nothing.
