Hey Gary. I know that this new job is taking up a lot your time. I understand what it is like to start a new position and organize things the way you want. It takes so much time.

But we still miss your "wisdom".

Or at least I do.

Thanks Nancy.The new position is not taking up a lot of my time,it is taking up all of my time.A few of my friends have stopped in to see me over the last few weeks and I barely have the time to say hi.:( Now I don't even get a day off,but to make up for that,Maureen gets a company car also.Big deal.The owner has set such a high level for me achieve,I'm really thinking hard about my decision on taking this job. Can I do it? yeah,do I want to?,don't know.My goal was 5 years and I would be set,but now I wonder, will I be around that long?

First thing first. I am glad to see you.

Second thing. You are very hard on yourself, because you are a perfectionist. But you are very good at what you do. So put in the time now, and be patient, it will get better for you.

We are here to hear you vent if you need to.
