Married /Significant Other
 

With the other threads about marriage that are quite interesting I just wondered how long everyone has been married or together otherwise .Its been almost 19 wonderful years for me and Joan (Dec 19) ,how many for you others ?

34 years and dated for 2 years before that. (March 18).

7 + 31 = 38

Terri (Therese) and I have been together almost 12 years. We met on a blind date on 12/31/98, got engaged 6 week later and got married on 11/6/99, my parents 51st wedding anniversary.

We both knew right away that we had something special. I made her dinner one night at my place a few weeks after we started dating and we started talking about marrage. I just came out and asked her, would you like to get married? She said she would and so we went ring shopping. The rest is, as they say, history. We have 2 beautiful boys, almost 6 and 9, and have a great life together. It truely is a partnership and I would be lost without her.

Anne and I will celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in November.

I guess I'd better buy her something....:)

Tane and I dated for 3 years and got married dec 22 1990.
We knew each other for several years prior to dating, in fact she was married and I was engaged. Her husband and my fiancé decided to have an affair.
Tane and I confided in one another and ended up falling in love and been happy ever since.
Her ex and my ex have since divorced. ( haha)
we have two wonderfull daughters.
A 23 year old named Kendall who made us grandparents 3 years ago, and a 15 year old who is a straight a student.
Couldn't ask for more. Life is good!!!!!

5 years for Jenna and I. We went to Chevelle-abration '06 on our honeymoon. :cool:

It will be 33 years for us Sept. 30.We started dating in high school.
