Windshield trim studs info

I did some metal reapir in the area around my windshield and back glass and ending up removing/grinding etc. those studs that hold the clips for the trim around these window glass.
I bought new clips and the studs that have been threaded. I just need to drill small pilot holes and screw them in.
My problem/question is how far apart do they need to be? What about how far up the edge they need to be to hold the trim flush.
Any help in trying to figure out how to locate these would be a great help. The guy helping me is a painter and young. So he hasent really worked on any vehicles with this type trim before.

I can measure mine for you if you don't get what you need.

Anybody have there trim off? I think I got a proper plan. But still would like some comparison numbers.
I can get the proper height by measuring the ones that are still good.
How many and how far apart they are is what I would need to know at this point.
