How do I post big pics?

On other sites usually I can just copy and then paste in the reply box but it won't let me do that here... Why? Instead I have to make it into an attachment and they are usually very small. Does anyone else have this problem?

I use Photo bucket and you can copy the IMG code box and paste it in the post.

I've tried to just copy and past my images from my photobucket account to here but I can't get it to paste to this site. The option doesn't come up.

So when you hold your cusor on the photo you should see a pull down box that say
share[edit[move[delete. At the bottom the IMG code appears and just left click on the box to the left of it and it will say copied and past it here. It will look something like this when you paste it here. Once you save the post the picture will appear. I dropped off a couple of things on this to show you so the photo will not come up.

Here is how you post big pics here. At least this is how I do it.

1.) Go to your profile page (just click on your name)

2.) Start an album

3.) Put all the pics you want into your album/albums

4.) Once you have saved your album, open it up and click on the pic you want to add to a post as a large pic.

5.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see 2 sets of codes, one says "Picture URL" and the other one says "BB Code". You want the BB Code. Copy the BB Code and just add it into the box where you are writing your message.

6.) I would suggest that you "Preview" your post before you actually post it, just to make sure that it is the pic you want. It is that easy. If you want to post more than one pic in a post, I suggest that you open 2 windows so that you can move back and forth easily between your post and your albums.

7.) If you have any questions please PM me and I will help.

Thanks for all the help Ms Grumpy! That helped me clarify things.

You are very welcome. I like seeing the big pics too. It helps so much, especially when we are looking at small items and engines. I look forward to seeing pics soon.
