Steering colum dilema.
 

Shifter was moved to the floor. Can i get a housing without the colum shifter hole in it?

You can actually modify the existing column shifter collar to eliminate the shifter nub. I've see it done numerous times...looks great too.
Cut it off, fill in the hole, and paint to match.
