removing a 64 driver fender?
 

I just got my first chevelle project, it's a 64. I want to align the driver side door, but I am having trouble removing the fender. here is a picture of a 64 fender and I drew points of where I have removed bolts. The fender moves but will not come off, I am missing something, help/advice is appreciated
