http://chevelleforum.org/showthread.php?t=2756 ray said to me Quote:
after getting turned down by about 4 stores i walked into the local Napa and said the same speech and the manager looked at me and smiled and said to me "anything to restore a classic car but you have to do us one favor!" i am thinking in my head o man i need to put napa stickers on it and so on. so i asked "Ok so what is the favor?" "when its built and back on the road you have to stop here at the store give us all rides in the car and when we all get a turn you have to do a nice smoky burn out" I lol'ed and said "deal" ordered my first set of parts at that point and about to call them in 10 mins to order the rest of my brake system so i can finally put it back down on all 4s so ray you had it right!! :) Shaun |
