What can i do next to my Chevelle?

Hey all, im new to the site, and i just wanted to know if i could get some feed back from all of you. Anyway, i have a 1969 Chevelle Malibu, it was a 307, all stock, and i put a high performance 350 small black that came stock with 290 horse. Me and my mechanic put a 4 barrel 700 holley carb on, new fan, a HEI distributor, limited slip posi with 4.10 gears, new upper control arms upgraded the turbo 350 and now its built to the nuts and has an overdrive, flow master 40 series exhaust, and i just bought some headers for it and should be on soon. What i want to know is, since i just bought the engine, and its under warranty for 2 years, what else can i do besides touch the engine to gain performance?

From your list, looks like to me you have covered most of the area for performance. Also welcome to the site. What part of Oregon are you located in?
The Chevelle and ElCamino of Oregon club show is next month in Brooks Oregon.

you cant put a cam or heads on it until after the warranty?

I'd tweak the timing on that HEI...modify the timing curve. If possible, you'll want a total timing of 36-38 degrees all in by around 3k rpms and as much initial timing as the starter can stand.
Add to that about 10 degrees of vacuum advance.
It'll run cleaner, cooler, and more responsive. ;)

electric fans? good for a few horses... electric water pump if its mainly a drag car...

electric fuel pump.
Add a AFR gauge very useful for tuning the carb.
