Need more days like today.
 

Today was one of those days that I would like to have happen a lot. It started as any ordinary day, except that I had plans to go to the Packard Proving Grounds car show. It is the end of the year show and about 200 cars usually show up.

My son Jacob and I got into my car and had a great time cruising out to the show. When we got to the show, I ended up with a great parking spot and was able to see cars coming and going all day. My brother showed up and we sat there and talked for hours. When it was time to go, my brother noticed that I had a tail light out and we stopped at Pep Boys and changed the bulb. Then when I got onto the e-way it was clear and I just put my foot to the floor. It seemed like just a few seconds and I was doing 95mph. Me and Jacob were smiling ear to ear.

It was a nice cool day and the sun was shining. I just wish there were more days like today.

Sounds like a great time ,we had a great day cruisin in Kentucky today too .

Glad to here you had a great day at the show and with your son. Was a car show here yesterday but it was raining to hard for me to take the car out.

It sounds like you had a great time. I was out working in the shop. :(

I did make some money, though, so it's all good.

I think we all have good days in different ways, sometimes. After everything I went thru with the trans, and all the time that my car sat idle. Yesterday was a great way to make up for it. I am glad that others had a good day too.

The one thing I was bummed about, I forgot my camera yesterday.

flash, I am jealous. Just like your bucket list has the Woodward Dream Cruise on it, mine has going on one of your "cruises" with you. Someday.

Load up and come on with us sometime ,we are currently in the Great Smoky Mountains at Pigeon Forge . Just me and Joan and Flash (the vert ) ,kicking back and taking it easy the rest of the week.

Wish we were there with you. It must be absolutely beautiful.

It has been perfect cruisin weather here and we are just taking it easy and doing very little but riding around .
