stamp on torque thrust rims
 

can someone help me out here. I am looking at a set of rims that someone has for sale pretty cheap but i wanted to know the back spacing and this is the picture they sent me

If I'm reading this correctly they are 17 x 9.5 size with (5 1/2" back space ?).
