new from los angeles, ca
hey all, my name is daniel. i joined to help my brother get his 1972 going again. i got tired of seeing his car disabled in my driveway so i thought i would join and learn a few things. it had a nice 383 built by a good machine shop a couple years ago. it ran great for about a month and then had a few simple issues that could not be fixed by several shops. i fixed that problem but i'm still having trouble tuning it. i would love to find a good local shop that regularly works on classic chevys... something in los angeles.
my brother lost patience and it has been sitting since. this car used to be mine and also belonged to 4 of my 5 other brothers. here's an old video of the car when it was happy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=MxKXOpUEWLw |
Welcome, Very nice looking 72, Seems like a good shop with experence working on hot rods and the correct equipment should be able to figure out your car problems. Seems like LA is the heart beat of alot of hot rod and custom shops.

Welcome Daniel ,nice Chevelle and nice burnout .Since your brother has lost interest in it why dont you re aquire it from him ?

I have a hotrod shop in Missouri. If you strike out in Ca., you could always trailer it out here. :D The car wasn't very happy in the video, either. It needs some serious tuning work. It's a beautiful car, though. Good luck with it.
